Imagine what you could do with your one precious life, if you no longer felt stressed, anxious or stuck in the past.

If you know (deep down) there must be a better way to live your life, you’ve come to the right place.

Hi, I’m Sabine Hach

I’m the founder of the integrative health and wellness practice Be In Balance, offering holistic therapies and coaching for health and life transformation – from the inside out.

My Background

I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist, licensed RTT® Therapist, kinesiology consultant, innerwise® coach, nutrition and natural therapies professional and holistic health, eating psychology and stress management coach. (see my credentials here)

I combine more than 25 years’ professional knowledge and experience in the field of natural health, nutrition and mind-body wellness with holistic therapies and transformational coaching to facilitate healing, breakthroughs and lasting changes for my clients.

Alongside my professional skills, I draw on my personal experience of overcoming health challenges and trauma.

My Story

I know first-hand how much energy and joy can disappear from daily life when our wellbeing is compromised and when we’re constantly struggling with conflicting thoughts, difficult emotions and physical discomfort or pain.

Like many people, I’ve gone through mind and body struggles and became a balance seeker early on, fueled by my fierce desire to find a happier, healthier way of being in this world.

I suffered from food and digestive issues from early childhood; no GP ever had a solution to what to do about it. I also felt different and disconnected and didn’t know why.

When I was a teenager, I became plagued by inner conflict and painful emotions, and developed unhealthy habits and behaviours.

My confidence was low and I felt stuck.

I knew I wanted to help others improve their health (and deal with my own food and eating challenges), so I began my professional career with a degree in nutritional sciences.

I was inspired by what I learned, but it confirmed my hunch that good nutrition and nourishing the body are only part of the picture for achieving optimal wellbeing. I realised I had to look beyond nutritional sciences to make a full recovery.

After spending time working in health-related fields in the area of communication, my interest in a genuinely holistic approach towards health and wellbeing grew.

When a series of events around the birth of my son in 2000 reminded me (once again) that life is a precious gift, I discovered mindfulness and began to reduce my mental and emotional stress consciously. Still, a part of me, simply couldn’t move on from the recent trauma.

My journey to healing

Determined to feel whole and happy again and to become the best mum I could, I embarked on a life-changing healing journey to find the root cause of my inner conflict and pain.

This journey taught me:

  • About the mind-body connection and the true impact that our subconscious minds have on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
  • That my relationship with my subconscious mind had been the reason for my struggles all along.

By letting go of limiting beliefs and working through past traumas, I was able to heal on all levels.

My stress levels dropped. My wellbeing increased. My confidence grew.

Clearing the roadblocks in the subconscious layers – where health and happiness are created in the first place – allowed me to change my story.

I started to listen to my heart again and follow my dreams.

Expanding my skills to help others

After falling in love with the Kiwi way of life during extended travels, I moved from Germany to Auckland with my son in 2005.

In New Zealand, I gained further qualifications in mind-body therapies, including massage therapy, kinesiology and the energy healing system innerwise® and became certified as an eating psychology health coach.

To complete my professional toolkit, I got also certified in hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) and trained in stress management and transformational coaching strategies.

Today, I’m passionate and well-equipped to support and empower you to change your story too.

I believe life is far too short to waste precious time feeling low and bound by the shackles of the past that keep us from living a healthy, happy life – on our terms.

It’s my mission to inspire and guide you…
