Hi, I’m Sabine
– founder of Be In Balance, an integrative holistic coaching practice specialising in whole-person health and wellbeing on all levels – from the inside out.
I help conscious, heart-centred individuals who feel stressed or stuck move beyond limiting patterns and inner blocks, so they can feel in balance again, heal their relationship with food and body, and feel free and empowered to create a life they truly love.
As a nutritional scientist (Dipl. oec. troph., GER), holistic nutritionist, and certified eating psychology coach, I bring scientific insight and holistic awareness to our work. I’m also fully qualified in various mind-body therapies designed to restore wellbeing on all levels – mind, body & spirit.
